Wise Heart LaShelle Lowe-Charde is an extensively trained and extremely experienced facilitator of NVC or Compassionate Communication. She runs in-depth workshops on NVC for couples and individuals. These workshops are a great way to either start or deepen into compassionate communication.

Grief Processing Ritual- In this retreat, Sobonfu shares one of the most important rituals of her people – The Grief Ritual. It is a soul-cleansing rite that can help release grief, lighten your soul, let your true spirit be heard and help you become more balanced.

Providence Hospital offers grief support for groups. To join a group you would contact their Hospice Bereavement Services and talk with the group facilitator before joining the group for the first time.
